摘  要:利用有限元仿真手段,以切削力和切削温度作为评价标准,完成了钛合金加工用硬质合金四刃平头立铣刀几何参数的设计与优选,并基于优化后的参数自行制备得到了硬质合金刀具实体。通过开展自制立铣刀在Ti-6Al-4V材料表面的槽型铣削实验,系统研究了切削用量对加工表面质量,尤其是槽型边沿毛刺的影响趋势。根据自制与商用四刃平头立铣刀在相同切削条件下的加工效果及刀具磨损情况对比,证实了自制刀具在减小毛刺尺寸、降低加工表面粗糙度以及提高刀具使用寿命等方面的性能优于商用刀具。Taking cutting force and cutting temperature as the evaluation criteria,the design and optimization of geometric parameters of the carbide four-edge flat end mills for titanium alloy processing were completed by means of finite element simulations.On the basis of the optimized parameters,the sample carbide tools were fabricated and the experiments with grooves milled by the sample tools were carried out on the Ti-6Al-4V surfaces.The influence of milling parameters on the quality of machined surface,especially the burrs at the groove edges,was investigated systematically.By comparing the machining effect and the tool wearing between the self-fabricated and commercial four-edge flat end mills under the same cutting conditions,we confirmed that the performance of self-fabricated tools was better than that of the commercial tools in many aspects,including the reduction of burr size,improvement of surface roughness,and extending the service life of tools,etc.
