摘 要:文章通过分析建筑工程施工图三维审查中出现的问题,如由于多专业、跨学科、标准不统一问题导致的审查效率低下及政府管控难情形,可以利用BIM技术推动施工图审查改革,建立施工图三维数字化审查系统,以辅助审查工作。研究建筑工程施工图三维数字化审查系统通用技术方案,为建筑工程数字化审查提供模板和示范作用,最后阐述建筑工程三维数字化审查系统的工作流程,为建筑行业的相关单位和其他工程领域的三维数字化审查系统建设提供借鉴。In this paper, by analyzing the problems in the three-dimensional examination of construction drawings of construction projects, such as the low efficiency of the examination and the difficult situation of government control caused by the problems of multi-specialty, cross-discipline and inconsistent standards, BIM technology can be used to promote the reform of the examination of construction drawings and establish a 3D digital examination system of construction drawings to assist the examination. This paper studies the general technical scheme of the three-dimensional digital examination system for construction drawings of construction projects, and provides the template and demonstration function for the digital examination of construction projects. Finally, it describes the workflow of the three-dimensional digital examination system of construction engineering, which provides reference for the construction of the three-dimensional digital examination system of related units in the construction industry and other engineering fields.
