摘　　要：本文通过分析开滦通信专网现状及存在的问题,充分调研了通信行业、煤矿通信专网发展趋势,依托"互联网+"全面整合企业管理信息资源,全面融合开滦集团通信网络与计算机局域网,基于控制与承载、业务与控制分离特性,设计了开滦IP架构融合通信系统,并根据开滦通信系统区域IP化发展规划,给出了IP架构融合通信系统远景规划设计。The current situation and existing problems of Kailuan communication network are analyzed,fully investigated the development trend of communication industry and mine communication private network,relying on the "Internet +" to fully integrate enterprise management information resources,fully integrate Kailuan Group communication network and LAN,based on the separation of control and load and the separation of service and control,the Kailuan IP architecture fusion communication system is designed.And according to communication system regional IP development plan,the long-term planning and design of IP architecture unified communication system are given.
