摘  要:目的:探讨循证医学式健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月松溪县医院内科收治的COPD患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组给予科室常规健康宣教,观察组采用循证医学式健康教育,比较2组干预前后的呼吸功能、生活和睡眠质量的变化情况。结果:干预后,观察组的m MRC等级优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),SGRQ和PSQI评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:循证医学式健康教育可以改善患者呼吸功能,提高生活和睡眠质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of evidence-based health education on COPD patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease( COPD). Methods: A total of 78 cases of COPD patients admitted to the Internal Medicine department of Songxi County Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education in the department,while the observation group was given evidence-based health education. The changes of respiratory function,life and sleep quality before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention,the m MRC level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);the SGRQ and PSQI scores were lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Evidence-based health education can improve patients’ respiratory function,life and sleep quality.
