循证支持的心理护理对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究循证支持的心理护理对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月福建省肿瘤医院收治的肺癌化疗患者60例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以循证支持的心理护理,观察2组干预效果,比较2组的结果差异。结果:干预后,观察组患者的睡眠质量与生命质量均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:为肺癌化疗患者予以循证支持的心理护理,可改善患者的睡眠质量与生命质量。Objective: To study the effect of psychological nursing with evidence-based support on sleep quality in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 60 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy from february 2019 to february 2020 in fujian province tumor hospital were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group give routine nursing care,observation group support of evidence-based nursing,to observe the intervention effect of two groups,and the results are compared. Results: After intervention,the sleep quality and life quality of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Evidence-based psychological nursing for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can improve the quality of sleep and life of patients.
