摘　　要：目的:探究针对性护理对颅脑损伤并发失眠患者睡眠及负性情绪的改善效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的颅脑损伤并发失眠患者78例作为研究对象,按随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行针对性护理干预。比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果:护理后观察组的PSQI评分、SAS评分及SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预可显著改善颅脑损伤并发失眠患者的睡眠质量,缓解负性情绪,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the improvement effect of targeted nursing for sleep and negative emotions of patients with insomnia after craniocerebral injury. Methods: Taking January 2017 to January 2019 as the research background,78 patients with brain injury complicated with insomnia in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group with 39 cases in each group according to the random double blind method. The control group were with routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group were with targeted nursing intervention. Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) ]and negatively emotion[self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and self-rating depression scale( SDS) ]of two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results: The PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The targeted nursing intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality and relieve the negative emotions of the patients with brain injury complicated with insomnia,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
