摘　　要：随着公租房的大力推广和建设,出现了诸多问题,而对公租房建设工作的多角度、多方位评价和反馈,可以推进和保障公租房建设大力稳步发展。上海作为第一批开展公租房建设的城市,对公租房建设进行了积极探索。文章通过对上海馨逸公寓社区住户满意度调查,从公租房建筑外部环境的角度切入,展现住户视角下上海公租房的应用现状,完善住户评价环节,希望能对未来上海公租房建设提供参考和建议。With the vigorous promotion and construction of public rental housing,many problems have emerged,and the multi-angle and multi-directional evaluation and feedback on public rental housing construction can promote and guarantee the vigorous and steady development of public rental housing construction.As one of the first cities to develop public rental housing,Shanghai has actively explored the construction of public rental housing.Based on the survey of residents’satisfaction in the community of Shanghai Xinyi Apartment,from the perspective of the external environment of public rental housing,this paper shows the current status of the application of public rental housing in Shanghai from the perspective of residents,and improves the evaluation of residents.Hope to provide references and suggestions for the future construction of public rental housing in Shanghai.
