摘　　要：以上海浦东新区某幼儿园资源调整项目为例,介绍此类项目的整修实施过程,并对其项目特点和要点做了分析,总结了项目管理和工程实施的经验,为同类项目提供一定的借鉴。This paper takes a kindergarten resource adjustment project in shanghai Pudong New Area as an example,introduces the implementation process of such projects,analyzes the characteristics and main points of the project,summarizes the experience of project management and project implementation,and provides some reference for similar projects.
