摘　　要：左心室舒张功能障碍是心力衰竭的早期迹象之一,其进一步发展导致心力衰竭。有研究显示左心室舒张功能障碍与2型糖尿病有关,其具体机制尚不明确。本文综述2型糖尿病与左心室舒张功能障碍相关研究的新进展并探讨左心室舒张功能障碍的治疗展望。Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction(LVDD)is one of the early signs of heart failure,and its further development leads to heart failure.Some researches indicated that LVDD was related with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),but the specific mechanism is still unclear.The article reviews the recent progress of the researches on the relationship between T2DM and LVDD and explores the prospects for LVDD treatment.
