摘  要:为了从C 4馏分中制备高纯度的异丁烷产品,设计了一种萃取精馏、加氢和成品分离3个系统相结合的新工艺,并通过模拟计算确定了各个系统的最佳工艺流程方案和操作参数,为装置现场操作提供了较强的指导意义。通过优化换热网络,使蒸汽用量减少20%,节约循环冷却水用量2000 t/h,累计可创造5000万元/a的经济效益。此工艺也成为国内C 4资源合理利用的新途径。In order to prepare high purity isobutane product from C 4 fractions,a new process that combines extractive distillation,hydrogenation and product separation systems was designed.The best process flow scheme and operation parameters were determined by simulation,providing guidance for on-site operation of the plant.By optimizing the heat exchange network,the steam consumption was reduced by 20%,the cooling water consumption was saved by 2000 t/h,and an accumulative economic benefit of 50 million RMB was created annually.This route has become a new way for the rational utilization of C 4 resources in China.
