益气补肾汤联合骶四针疗法治疗产后压力性尿失禁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气补肾汤联合骶四针疗法治疗产后压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法:选择2017年8月—2019年7月分娩并出现产后压力性尿失禁患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组用骶四针疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气补肾汤治疗,两组均连续治疗30 d。观察两组治疗效果、盆底肌功能变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗30 d后,观察组总有效率远高于对照组,两组盆底肌功能指标水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾汤联合骶四针疗法治疗产后压力性尿失禁,可使患者盆底肌功能得到有效改善,不良反应发生率降低,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Yiqi Bushen decoction combined with four sacral needles therapy in treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods:All 82 patients who delivered in the hospital and had postpartum stress urinary incontinence from August 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was given four sacral needles therapy,and observation group was treated with yiqi bushen decoction based on control group,with 30 d treatment in two groups.The curative effects,changes of pelvic floor muscle function and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Results:After treatment for 30 d,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the levels of pelvic floor muscle function indexes in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen decoction combined with four sacral needles therapy in treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle function and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,which has significant efficacy.
