摘 要:以电熔白刚玉粉为主要原料,水性双酚F环氧树脂或油性双酚F环氧树脂为结合剂,水或乙醇为溶剂,水性脂肪胺或油性脂肪胺为固化剂,经配料、搅拌、轻捣成型、干燥后,于150℃保温2 h制成刚玉基多孔陶瓷试样。研究了双酚F环氧树脂种类(分别为水性或油性)、刚玉粉粒度(分别为100、220、800目,即<0.15、<0.07、<0.02 mm)、树脂用量(分别为3、5、8、11 g)以及是否添加偶联剂对试样显气孔率、常温抗折强度、浸水后抗折强度保持率等性能的影响。结果表明:1)与水性双酚F环氧树脂结合试样相比,油性双酚F环氧树脂结合试样的显气孔率较小,常温抗折强度较大。2)随着刚玉粉粒度的减小,试样显气孔率逐渐减小,常温抗折强度呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;采用<0.07 mm (220目)刚玉粉制备的试样综合性能较好,显气孔率为46.26%,常温抗折强度为13.21 MPa。3)随着双酚F环氧树脂添加量的增加,试样的显气孔率逐渐减小,常温抗折强度和浸水后常温抗折强度逐渐增大;添加5 g油性双酚F环氧树脂制备的试样综合性能最优,显气孔率为36.81%,常温抗折强度达20.98 MPa,浸水48 h后常温抗折强度保持率为27.98%。4)添加1.2 g硅烷偶联剂KH-560后,试样浸水后常温抗折强度保持率大幅提高至80%。Corundum-based porous ceramic samples were prepared using white fused corundum powder as the main raw material,water-based or oily bisphenol F epoxy resin as the binder,water or ethanol as the solvent,water-based or oily fatty amine as the curing agent,batching,stirring,light ramming,drying,and holding at 150℃for 2 h.The effects of the bisphenol F epoxy resin types(water-based or oil-based),the particle size of the corundum powder(100,220,800 mesh,i.e.<0.15,<0.07,<0.02 mm),and the amount of resin(3,5,8,11 g)and whether to add coupling agent on the apparent porosity,the cold modulus of rupture(CMOR),MOR retention ratio after water immersion were studied.The results show that:(1)compared with the water-based bisphenol F epoxy resin bonded samples,the oil-based bisphenol F epoxy resin bonded samples have smaller apparent porosity and higher CMOR;(2)as the particle size of the corundum powder decreases,the apparent porosity of the samples gradually decreases,and the CMOR first increases and then decreases;the overall performance of the sample prepared with<0.07 mm(220 mesh)corundum powder is good with the apparent porosity of 46.26%and the CMOR of 13.21 MPa;(3)as the amount of bisphenol F epoxy resin increases,the apparent porosity of the samples gradually decreases,and the CMOR and the CMOR after immersion in water gradually increase;the prepared sample added with 5 g of oily bisphenol F epoxy resin has the best overall performance:the apparent porosity is 36.81%,the CMOR reaches 20.98 MPa,and the CMOR retention ratio after water immersion for 48 h is 27.98%;(4)after adding 1.2 g of silane coupling agent KH-560,the CMOR retention ratio after immersion is greatly increased to 80%.
