摘 要:为了提高电弧炉炼钢沉降室耐火材料选材的科学性,使用南钢电弧炉炼钢沉降室烟尘,对南钢电弧炉炼钢烟尘沉降室在用的黏土砖以及拟用的氮化硅结合碳化硅砖和镁铬砖进行了静态坩埚法抗渣试验,结果表明:1)镁铬砖抗渣性能最好,氮化硅结合碳化硅砖次之,黏土砖最差。2)高温下,黏土砖中重要成分SiO2、Al2O3易与液态烟尘渣反应而溶解到渣中。液态烟尘渣对氮化硅结合碳化硅砖的润湿性较差,熔渣很难渗透到砖中;但氮化硅结合碳化硅砖在高温下容易发生氧化,氧化产物Si O2很容易与烟尘渣反应而溶解。液态烟尘渣虽然能渗透到镁铬砖中,但镁铬砖中主要成分方镁石和镁铬尖晶石不容易与烟尘渣发生反应。In order to improve the refractory material selection in the settling chamber of EAF steelmaking,the static crucible slag resistance tests of clay brick already used in the settling chamber of EAF steelmaking in Nangang,the proposed silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick and magnesia chrome brick were carried out using the soot from the settling chamber of EAF.The results show that:(1)the magnesia chrome brick has the best slag resistance,followed by the silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick,and then the clay brick;(2)at high temperatures,SiO 2 and Al 2O 3,the important components of clay brick,are easy to react with liquid soot slag and dissolve into the slag.The wettability of liquid soot slag on silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick is poor,and the slag is difficult to penetrate into the brick;however,the silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick is easy to oxidize at high temperatures,and the oxidation product SiO 2 is easy to react with the liquid soot slag and dissolves.Although liquid soot slag can penetrate into the magnesia chrome brick,periclase and magnesia chrome spinel,the main components of the magnesia chrome brick,are not easy to react with soot slag.
