摘  要:利用三阶段DEA模型测算新疆1999—2018年的耕地利用效率,通过计算Moran’s I分析新疆耕地利用效率的空间相关性。结果表明,环境变量、统计噪音和管理无效率会影响耕地利用效率;新疆耕地利用综合效率上升,受到纯技术效率明显影响;通过Moran’s I可以得出新疆耕地利用效率有明显的空间自相关性。综合来看,新疆耕地利用效率虽整体较好,但仍需调整要素投入,实现新疆耕地利用效率最大化。The three-stage DEA model was used to calculate the utilization efficiency of arable land in Xinjiang from 1999 to 2018,and the spatial correlation of arable land utilization efficiency in Xinjiang was analyzed by calculating Moran’s I.The results showed that environmental variables,statistical noise and management inefficiency would affect the utilization efficiency of arable land.The comprehensive efficiency of arable land utilization in Xinjiang had risen,which was obviously affected by pure technical efficiency.Through Moran’s I,it can be concluded that the utilization efficiency of arable land in Xinjiang had obvious spatial autocorrelation.On the whole,although the utilization efficiency of arable land in Xinjiang was generally good,it was still necessary to adjust the input of factors to maximize the utilization efficiency of arable land in Xinjiang.
