摘  要:[目的]寻找烟草甲生态防治新方法。[方法]利用Y型嗅觉仪研究了香茅精油、甘菊精油、大蒜精油、α-蒎烯4种植物源物质对烟草甲成虫选择行为的影响。[结果]4种植物源物质对烟草甲成虫均具有较强的驱避作用,且其作用效果随着处理剂量的增大而显著增强。[结论]香茅精油、甘菊精油、大蒜精油、α-蒎烯4种植物源物质均具有作为驱避剂防治烟草甲的巨大潜力。[Objective]In order to explore ecologically controlling Lasioderma serrcorne.[Method]The effect of several plant-derived substances on the selective behavior of L.serrcorne adults was studied at different doses using Y-tube olfactometer.The plant-derived substances include Cymbopogon nardus oil,Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium oil,Allium sativum oil,andα-pinene.[Result]The results showed that the four plant-derived substances had potent repellent effectiveness on L.serrcorne adults,which significantly enhanced with increasing treatment doses.[Conclusion]C.nardus oil,C.lavandulifolium oil,A.sativum oil,andα-pinene have strong potential as repellents to control L.serrcorne adults.
