摘  要:深圳抽水蓄能电站是南方电网首座全面国产化设计、制造、安装、调试的抽水蓄能电站,通过参加各方的努力,解决了一大批相关技术质量难题,有力促进了我国抽水蓄能机组技术水平提高。总结了深圳抽水蓄能电站机组设计、制造、安装、调试等关键技术及工程应用情况,包括双面加工整圆厚板热套磁轭结构设计、高可靠性转子引线结构设计、双列叶栅结构设计优化、单波纹弹性油箱双向推力轴承结构设计、高精度转轮静平衡技术和国产化计算机监控系统优化设计等。相关技术研究成果已经成功应用于国内多个抽水蓄能电站项目,有力促进了我国抽水蓄能产业的技术升级。The Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station is the first fully domestically designed,manufactured,installed and commissioned pumped-storage power station in China Southern Power Grid.Through the efforts of all parties involved,it has solved a large number of related technology and quality problems and promoted the improvement of technology in my country s pumped-storage unit.The key technologies and engineering application of unit design,manufacturing,installation commissioning of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station are summarized,including double-sided processing of whole-circle thick steel plate rotor yoke structure design,high-reliability rotor lead structure design,tandem cascade structure design optimization,single-corrugated elastic oil tank double-direction thrust bearing structure design,high-precision runner static balance technology and domestic computer monitoring system design optimization.Relevant technical research results have been successfully applied to other domestic pumped-storage power station projects,which has strongly promoted the technological improvement of my country s pumped-storage industry.
