摘　　要：结合深圳抽水蓄能电站现场调试工作,对首台机调试过程中关键试验的开展情况、试验过程、试验数据进行了研究分析,涉及发电方向的试验、水泵方向的试验和工况转换及热稳定试验3个方面。对调试过程中的注意事项也进行了总结和梳理,供后续同类项目参考。Combined with the on-site commissioning of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station,the implementation,test procedures and test data of main tests during the commissioning of the first unit are introduced and analyzed,involving three aspects of tests of generator operation,pump operation,and operation mode conversion and thermal stability.The precautions during commissioning process are also summarized and sorted out to provide references for subsequent similar projects.
