深圳抽水蓄能电站转子磁轭热加垫技术方案分析

摘　　要：深圳抽水蓄能电站转子磁轭是国产机组首次采用环形钢板结构,环板间通过拉紧螺杆和定位销固定,磁轭与转子支架采用复合键结构连接。转子磁轭在运行过程中受到离心力的作用,使其发生径向变形,为保证机组安全稳定运行,可通过热加垫方法使转子磁轭与支架紧密配合。结合深圳抽水蓄能电站转子磁轭环形结构,介绍了转子磁轭的热加垫工艺过程,分析了热加垫过程中关键控制点,以期为类似结构转子磁轭的热加垫提供借鉴。The annular steel plate structure is first used in the rotor yoke of domestic-made motor-generator of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station.The annular steel plate is positioned with tightening bolts and dowel pin,and the yoke and the rotor support is connected by a composite key structure.With the effect of the centrifugal force,the rotor yoke is subjected to radial deformation.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,the rotor yoke can be closely matched with the support through the heated cushion technology.Combined with the ring structure of rotor yoke of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station,the process of yoke heated cushion is introduced,and the key control points in the process are analyzed in order to provide references for yoke heated cushion of similar rotor structures.
