摘 要:炭基催化法烟气处理技术能够实现烟气中多种污染物的协同脱除,脱硫过程不会导致石膏雨产生,可实现低温脱硝,具有有效降低烟羽可见性、改善环境观感、改善空气预热器运行状况等显著的优点,在电力行业应用具有明显的优势。主要对炭基催化法烟气处理技术在电力行业应用中涉及的催化剂性能、生产工艺和来源、工艺装置的催化剂及再生等运行消耗和安全可靠性、脱硫副产物的资源化利用问题进行了阐述,对该技术在电力行业的应用提出了建议:加强对吸附塔和再生塔等关键设备的开发,通过探索合理的结构布置,提高催化剂在塔内的利用效率,提高对大烟气量和高SO 2浓度条件的适应性;加强对辅助设备的工艺性能研究,准确把握辅助设备工艺特性,并通过对装置运维数据的积累和挖掘,进一步提高装置运行的安全性;探索适合电力行业的硫产品资源化利用技术,开发能够适用于电力行业的具有更高附加值的硫产品,实现产品的就地消纳;加强项目建设前期市场调研,落实催化剂供应保障问题,确保催化剂能够满足项目供应。The carbon-based catalytic flue gas purification technology can realize the coordinated removal of multiple pollutants in the flue gas.The desulfurization process will not cause gypsum rain,and can achieve low-temperature denitrification,which has advantages such as effectively reducing the visibility of smoke plumes,improving environmental perception,and obviously improving operating conditions of the air preheater.Therefore this technology has obvious advantages in power industry.The performance and source of catalyst,the operational consumption and reliability of process equipment,and the utilization of desulfurization by-products in the application of carbon-based catalytic flue gas purification technology in power industry are expounded.Several suggestions are proposed:to strengthen the development of key equipment such as adsorption tower and desorption tower,and explore reasonable structural arrangements,to improve the utilization efficiency of catalysts in the tower and the adaptability in the conditions of large flue gas volume and high sulfur dioxide concentration;to strengthen the process performance research of the accessory equipment,and to accumulate and excavate the operation and maintenance data sustainedly,to improve the safety of the device operation;to explore the utilization technology of de-sulfur by-product with higher added value which is suitable for consumption on the spot;to strengthen the preliminary market research of project construction and implement the catalyst supply guarantee issue,which can ensure that the catalyst can satisfy the project supply.
