摘　　要：本文简要介绍了废水废气有组织排放流量自动监测技术和现状,并提出了污染物有组织排放量执法核算面临的问题及建议。This article briefly introduces the technology and status of automatic monitoring of waste water and waste gas organized discharge flow,and puts forward the problems and suggestions facing the law enforcement accounting of organized discharge of pollutants.
