摘 要:利用双单倍体(DH)育种技术对已发生混杂退化郑单958的亲本材料自交系郑58、昌7-2进行诱导,对郑单958亲本自交系来源DH及其杂交种遗传特征分析,结果显示郑58DH、昌7-2DH与未出现性状分离材料的自交系郑58、昌7-2在农艺性状上并无显著性差异,经SNP检测发现DH材料染色体位点变异仅为0.2%,表明DH与自交系在农艺性状和基因上高度一致;DH杂交种与郑单958(未发生性状分离材料)在农艺性状上无显著差异,DH杂交种的穗粗相比郑单958更具有方差齐性,穗粗性状更加整齐,郑58DH/昌7-2DH的穗重相比郑单958更具有方差齐性,穗重性状更加整齐。利用DH育种技术对混杂退化材料进行诱导,在保持亲本原有基因型的基础上,进一步纯化了基因,达到了对穗重以及穗粗等性状的纯化,并且保证了原有自交系的配合力。To induce the inbred lines Zheng 58 and Chang 7-2 of the parental materials of hybridized and degenerated Zhengdan 958 using doubled haploid(DH)breeding technology and analyze the DH from the parental inbred line of Zhengdan 958 and its genetic characteristics.The analysis of genetic characteristics showed that Zheng 58DH,Chang 7-2DH and the inbred lines Zheng 58 and Chang 7-2 did not have trait segregation materials,so they had no significant differences in agronomic traits;The chromosomal mutation of DH materials was found through SNP detection,whose locus change was 0.2%,indicating that DH and inbred lines were highly consistent in agronomic traits and genes;DH hybrids and Zhengdan 958(the material without trait segregation)had no significant differences in agronomic traits.The ear thickness of DH hybrids had more uniform variance and more neat ear thickness compared with Zhengdan 958.Zheng 58DH and Chang 7-2DH with more neat ear weight had more uniform variance than Zhengdan 958.Therefore,the use of DH breeding technology to induce hybrid and degraded materials,on the basis of maintaining the original genotype of the parent,further purified the gene,achieving the purification of ear weight and ear thickness and other traits,and ensuring the original self combining ability of the cross line.
