摘 要:对贵州某高品位磷矿进行工艺矿物学研究,查明了高品位磷矿中主要有害成分MgO及其赋存状态,为高品位磷矿除杂及深加工提供了基础依据。研究结果表明:高品位磷矿中的MgO主要赋存于白云石矿物中,且白云石矿物多为采矿时混入的白云岩顶底板,可采用光电选工艺脱除;其次呈磷质颗粒的胶结物产出,可用浮选工艺脱除。浮选脱除白云石矿物工艺成熟,易实现降低磷精矿MgO含量提高精矿品质的目标。磷块岩中碳氟磷灰石和白云石的嵌布粒度均较大,磨至-0.074 mm粒级质量分数占47.17%时,碳氟磷灰石的单体解离度达到了92.49%,经浮选易获得良好的精矿指标。In this paper the technological mineralogy of a high grade phosphate rock in Guizhou Province was studied by which the main harmful component MgO contained in the high grade phosphate rock and its occurrence were found out,it provided the basis for the removal of impurities and deep processing of the high grade phosphate rock.The results shown that MgO content in high grade phosphate rock was mainly due to the presence of dolomites composed mostly of dolomitic roof and floor entrained during mining operation,which were subjected to photoelectric separation for removal,while the cement in the form of phosphorus particles can be rejected by flotation.Using the proved flotation technology,it was easy to achieve the target of lowering MgO content so as to improve the quality of concentrate.As the carbon-fluorapatites were coarsely disseminated with dolomites in phosphate ore and the ore was ground to 47.17%-0.074 mm,the degree of liberation of carbon-fluorapatite was 92.49%,the satisfactory flotation perfor-mance was likely to be achieved.
