摘  要:研究开发了一种适用于中小型船舶的低膜厚防污涂料,采用以氧化亚铜为主防污剂的含铜防污体系(铜离子渗出率符合相关标准要求),搭配具有优异环境友好性能的新型有机防污剂进行复配作为涂料防污剂体系。采用新型丙烯酸树脂作为成膜树脂,以松香和新型丙烯酸树脂搭配其他颜填料制备防污涂料,测试结果表明其物理性能良好。在厦门海域进行实海挂板试验,在60μm膜厚的情况下,防污涂料具备1 a的防污期效,可以满足中小型船舶的实际使用需求,具有较好应用前景。A kind of low-film-thickness antifouling coatings suitable for small-and medium-sized ships was developed.The copper-containing antifouling system with cuprous oxide as the main antifouling agent(the release rate of cupper-ion meets the requirements of related standards)was adopted.It was compounded with a new organic antifouling agent having excellent environmentally friendly properties as the antifouling agent system for the coatings.A new acrylic resin was used as the filmforming resin and antifouling coatings were prepared with rosin and the new acrylic resin matched with other pigments and fillers.The test results show that the physical properties are good.The raft test experiment was carried out in Xiamen waters.When the film thickness was 60μm,the antifouling coatings had an antifouling period of one year,capable of meeting the actual use needs of small-and medium-sized ships and having good application prospects.
