摘 要:以侧链悬挂吲哚衍生功能结构的丙烯酸锌/铜多功能树脂为基料制备了防污涂料,采用动态模拟实验装置研究了涂料的磨蚀率以及实验前后涂层表面的粗糙度,证明防污涂料具有优良的自抛光性能;实验室藻类附着性能测试和浅海挂板实验结果表明基于含吲哚衍生结构的丙烯酸铜树脂的防污涂料具有优异的防污性能。Antifouling coatings were prepared with acrylic zinc/copper multifunctional resins decorated by indole derivative structure in side chains as the base material.The abrasion rates of the coatings and the surface roughness degrees of the coatings before and after the experiment were studied with the dynamic simulation experiment device,and the results proved that the coatings have excellent self-polishing performance.The results of the laboratory algae adhesion performance test and the shallow sea hanging board test showed that the antifouling coatings based on copper acrylate resin with indole derivative structure have excellent antifouling performance.
