摘  要:受漏气及季节性温度变化等的影响,气垫式调压室采用"等P0·V0值"运行控制模式时,仍需要进行补、排气操作,才能确保电站的正常稳定运行。在分析常用的气垫式调压室"等P0·V0值"运行控制模式特征的基础上,提出了气垫式调压室运行控制常数的优化确定方法,分析了气室控制参数稳态和动态变化范围及相互关系,分区提出了补气、排气的要求,以及其控制阈值的整定方法及原则;并针对动态信号干扰阈值整定等问题,提出了4种运行状态识别方法,对阈值整定具有明显的改进作用,为气垫式调压室运行控制提供了系统化、标准化的控制阈值整定思路和方法。Due to the influence of air leakage and seasonal temperature change,when the air cushion surge chamber(ACSC)adopts the constant P0V0 value operation control mode( "P0V0 mode"),it still needs to carry out makeup and exhaust operation to ensure the normal and stable operation of the power station.Based on the analysis on the characteristics of the commonly used "P0V0 mode",this paper put forward the optimization determination method of the operation control constant in the ACSC,analyzed the steady-state and dynamic change range and interrelation of the control parameters of the air chamber,put forward the requirements of air replenishment and exhaust,as well as the setting method and principle of the controlling threshold.Aiming at the problem of dynamic signal interference threshold setting,four kinds of operation state identification methods were put forward to improve the threshold setting obviously,which could provide systematic and standardized control threshold setting ideas and methods for the operation control of ACSC.
