摘  要:以锦灯笼种子为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl处理对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度升高,锦灯笼种子的发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率降低,相对伤害率升高,同时萌发所需时间延长。幼苗株高与NaCl浓度成反比,且在幼苗生长初期影响不明显,快速生长阶段影响显著。与对照组比,随着NaCl浓度升高,幼苗丙二醛含量呈先下降后上升的趋势,在20 mmol·L-1时最低,120 mmol·L-1时最高;可溶性糖含量先升高后降低,在100 mmol·L-1 NaCl时达到最高;POD活性呈先升后降趋势,在80 mmol·L-1 NaCl时为最大值。NaCl会影响锦灯笼种子萌发和幼苗生长,但锦灯笼具有一定的抗盐性,可以在低于20 mmol·L-1的盐环境下正常生长。In this paper,the effects of different concentrations of NaCl on seed germination and seedling growth of Physalis alkekengi were studied.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination rate,germination potential and relative germination rate decreased.In addition,the relative damage rate increased when the germination time was prolonged.Seedling plant height was inversely proportional to NaCl concentration,and the influence was not obvious in the early growth stage,but significant in the rapid growth stage.Compared with the control group,with the increase of NaCl concentration,the content of malondialdehyde in seedlings was firstly decreased and then increased,with the lowest and highest content at 20 mmol·L-1 and 120 mmol·L-1 respectively.And,the soluble sugar content first increased and then decreased,and reached the highest at 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl,while the POD activity increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum at 80 mmol·L-1 NaCl.Further,NaCl could affect the seed germination and seedling growth of P.alkekengi,but P.alkekengi had certain salt resistance and could grow normally under the salt environment of less than 20 mmol·L-1.
