摘　　要：慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带状态处于慢性HBV感染的免疫耐受期,在此阶段的慢性HBV感染者肝功能正常,但有进一步发展为慢性乙型肝炎,甚至是肝硬化和肝癌的风险,因此尽早干预有重要意义。近年来,在深圳市中医院童光东教授领衔主持下,全国多家知名三甲医院围绕慢性HBV携带状态证候规律及中医治疗方案联合开展了“十一五”“十二五”“十三五”国家科技重大专项研究,取得了一系列成果。文章根据慢性HBV携带状态的病因病机特点,从“治未病”理论出发,结合重大专项研究成果,重点从补肾以“治其未成”,透邪以“治其未发”,健脾以“治其未传”三个角度探讨慢性HBV携带状态的治疗策略,以期提高对慢性HBV携带状态中医治疗的认识和重视。The carrier state of chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)is in the immune tolerance stage of chronic HBV infection.Some patients often lack attention to the disease due to lacking of obvious clinical manifestations,which eventually leads to further progress of the disease.In response to this situation,this article starts from the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine and discusses the treatment strategies of chronic HBV carrier state by combining the results of the"Eleventh Five Year","Twelfth Five Year"and"Thirteenth Five Year"national science and technology major projects led by Professor Tong Guangdong from the Dept.of Hepatology,Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.According to the understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and the law of TCM syndromes,clinically,chronic HBV carrying status can be treated from three perspectives:tonifying the kidney to prevent the onset of disease,expelling pathogen to prevent the aggravation after disease,and strengthening the spleen to prevent the progression of disease.
