摘  要:针对概率信息不完备条件下提升机主轴装置的可靠性优化设计问题,提出了一种基于固定方差展开的提升机主轴装置可靠性优化设计方法,首先,通过将提升机主轴装置强度失效的可靠性功能函数进行方差展开,获得了可靠性功能函数的前三阶矩;其次,采用基于矩的鞍点逼近方法,计算得到了主轴装置的失效概率;最后,结合优化设计方法,建立了以可靠度为约束的可靠性优化设计模型。数值算例表明,这里方法可有效开展提升机主轴装置的可靠性分析及优化设计。Aiming at the reliability optimization design of hoist main-shaft device under the condition of incomplete probability information,a reliability optimization method for the hoist main-shaft device based on anchored ANOVA expansion is proposed.Firstly,by using anchored ANOVA expansion method,the limit state function of failure mode was expanded and the first three moments of the limit state function were obtained.Then,according to the moment-based saddlepoint approximation method,the failure probability of the main-shaft devicewas evaluated.Finally,the reliability optimal model was then established by taking reliability index as constraint.The proposed method is validated to be effective to analyze the reliability and reliability-based optimization with the main-shaft device example.
