摘  要:针对在产品设计初期传统绿色模块划分方法普遍存在模块绿色程度区分能力不足的问题,提出了一种基于化学碰撞理论的绿色模块划分方法。首先,构建了化学碰撞理论应用于绿色模块划分模型,模型中,重点探讨了表征零件自身化学反应活性的绿色程度矩阵和表征零件碰撞形成化学键难易的能量矩阵建立过程,在此基础上,通过有效碰撞评估,确保绿色模块组成方案的有效性。其次,研究了基于遗传算法对绿色模块划分模型的优化求解。最后,以某型号家用冰箱为例,验证了该方法的可行性。Aiming at the problem that the traditional green module partition method in the initial stage of product design generally lacks the ability to distinguish the green level of the module,a green module partition method based on chemical collision theory is proposed.Firstly,the chemical collision theory is applied to the green module partition model.In the model,the green degree matrix which characterizes the chemical reactivity of the part itself and the energy matrix establishment process which characterizes the difficulty of forming the chemical bond of the part collision are discussed.On this basis,Effective collision assessment ensures the effectiveness of the green module composition scheme.Secondly,the optimal solution of the green module partition model based on genetic algorithm is studied.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by taking a model of household refrigerator as an example.
