摘　　要：目的在医疗器械唯一标识系统(Unique Device Identification,UDI)工作的推进中,结合医疗机构耗材精细化管理需求,搭建基于UDI的SPD耗材精细化管理方案,解决医疗机构UDI落地难和耗材管理粗放的问题。方法利用技术手段和软件功能设计"院外供应商协同平台"和院内SPD系统,利用UDI打通院内院外信息孤岛,并在院内各信息系统中实现贯通,实现医疗器械耗材全生命周期的可追溯。结果为医疗机构提供基于UDI耗材管理的SPD解决方案的支撑,助力医疗机构落地UDI并实现耗材的精益管理。结论基于UDI的SPD耗材精细化方案,展示了UDI在医疗机构导入的步骤和方法,为我国各类型医疗机构导入UDI提供示范与借鉴。Objective To advance the unique device identification(UDI)system in combination with the demand of consumables refined management in medical institutions,build UDI-based refined management for SPD consumables,and solve the problems of UDI application and extensive management of consumables in medical institutions.Methods The out-hospital supplier collaborative platform and in-hospital SPD system were designed with technical methods and software functions.The UDI was used to connect inside and outside of the medical institutions and to realize connection in various information systems of the medical institutions.This allowed to trace the whole life circle of medical devices and consumables.Results The study provided SPD solutions to UDI consumable management for medical institutions,assisted UDI application of medical institutions and realized lean management of consumable.Conclusion The refinement scheme of SPD consumables solution based on UDI shows the steps and methods of integrating UDI into medical institutions,and provides demonstration and reference for various types of medical institutions in China.
