探索本院医学计量工作中存在的问题及改进方法

摘　　要：本院三级计量站建成十几年,基本能保障医院医学装备的安全可靠,但是仍存在一些问题阻碍了计量工作的不断更新和发展。通过对本院医学计量工作开展情况进行分析,总结了目前本院医学计量工作中存在的几个较突出的问题,例如:重视程度不够,人才匮乏、缺乏系统规范培训,计量标准配备不足,台账管理不规范。接着针对这些问题,从加强重视程度、专业人才培养、扩增检测标准与区域化联合、融合5G通信技术加快信息化建设几个方面提出了对应的解决措施。此文为提升本院医学计量管理质量和水平提供了可参照的办法,有助于促进本院医学计量工作的不断发展。The third-class medical metrology station in our hospital has been carried out for over ten years to ensure the safety and reliability of medical equipment,but there are still some problems that hinder the continuous updating and development of medical metrology.Through the analysis the development of medical metrology in our hospital,this paper summarizes several prominent problems in medical metrology work at present,such as insufficient attention,lack of talents,lack of systematic and standardized training,inadequate measurement standard,and irregular account management.Then,aiming at these problems,the corresponding solutions are put forward from the following aspects:strengthening the degree of attention,personnel training,extending the testing standards and regionalization,integrating 5G communication technology,and speeding up the construction of information technology.This paper provides a reference method for improving the quality and level of medical metrology management,and promotes the continuous development of medical measurement work in our hospital.
