摘　　要：本文通过DG3310 C型C臂X线机术中透视无图像显示和"灯丝板错误"两例故障现象的案例进行分析,简述DG3310C型C臂机相关工作原理,结合厂家手册和维修经验,详细分析故障产生的可能原因,并逐一排查,最后精准定位故障点,更换MC7812T稳压管和LM358集成块后,C臂机工作正常,故障排除。通过对C臂机故障原因分析,为医工判断此类C臂机类似故障提供参考。In this paper,the relevant working principles of DG3310 C arm X-ray machine are briefly described by analyzing the two cases of no image display in fluoroscopy and"filament plate error"in operation of DG3310 C arm X-ray machine.Combined with the manufacturers manual and maintenance experience,the possible causes of the failure were analyzed in detail,and the failure points were checked one by one.Finally,after replacing the MC7812T regulator tube and the LM358 integrated block,the C-arm machine worked normally and the failure was eliminated.Through the fault analysis of the C-arm machine,this paper provides the reference for medical workers to judge the similar failures of the C-arm machine.
