摘  要:采用传统高温固相法制备了La2-xCaxCoMnO6(x=0.6,0.75)多晶,该组样品属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群。当La2-xCaxCoMnO6样品中x=0.75时,观察M-T下的FC曲线,可以看出该样品中磁化强度出现了负值,即负磁化现象。通过磁化率与温度的乘积(χ^T)与温度(T)的变化曲线确定了两组样品的奈尔温度TN,进一步分析得出,两组样品在低温区域出现了团簇玻璃行为;分析磁化率倒数(χ^-1)和温度(T)的变化曲线与居里-外斯(C-W)拟合直线,得出两样品均出现类Griffiths相。A series of polycrystalline samples of perovskite manganese oxide La2-xCaxCoMnO6(x=0.6,0.75)were prepared by traditional high temperature solid state reaction method.The samples are monoclinic crystal system,and the spatial point group of which is P21/n.When x=0.75,it can be seen from the FC curve under M-T that there is a negative magnetization in the sample,that is called negative magnetization.Neil temperature(TN)of the two sets of samples was ascertained according to the curve of product of the magnetic susceptibility and temperature(χ^T)and the change of temperature(T),further analysis showed that the two sets of samples appear cluster glass behavior at low temperature.By analyzing the curve of reciprocal susceptibility(χ^-1)temperature(T)and Curie Weiss fitting line(C-W),it can be known that both samples have Griffiths-like phase.
