摘 要:NiTi基形状记忆合金的相变温度直接影响并限制了其应用领域,为了能够在更广阔的领域中应用NiTi基合金,需要有效而准确的控制NiTi基合金的相变温度。研究表明,NiTi基合金中Ni元素的含量以及合金中所包含的夹杂相,如NiTi2、Ni3Ti2、Ni4Ti3等均会影响合金的相变温度。同时,向NiTi二元合金中添加第三甚至第四种元素也能有效调节NiTi基合金的相变温度。归纳了影响NiTi基合金相变温度的因素,分析了NiTi基合金应用面临的问题并展望其前景,以期为获得性能更优异的形状记忆合金提供参考。The phase transformation temperature of NiTi based shape memory alloy directly affects and limits its application field.In order to apply NiTi based alloy in a broader field,it is necessary to effectively and accurately control the transformation temperature of NiTi based shape memory alloy.The results show that the content of Ni in NiTi based alloy and the inclusion phases such as NiTi2,Ni3Ti2 and Ni4Ti3,affect the transformation temperature of the alloy.At the same time,adding the third or even the fourth element to NiTi binary alloy can also effectively adjust the phase transformation temperature of NiTi based alloy.The factors influencing the phase transformation temperature of NiTi based alloys are summarized.The problems in the application of NiTi based alloys are analyzed and their prospects are prospected in order to provide references for obtaining optimal shape memory alloys.
