摘  要:卡林型金矿储量巨大、分布广泛,是一种典型的难处理金矿资源。用微生物预氧化技术处理该类矿石,具有潜在优势。从卡林型金矿资源的特点、微生物预氧化技术的发展历程,以及预氧化过程的基本原理和工艺等方面进行评述,对影响微生物预氧化过程的矿石性质、设备、菌种以及其他生产工艺参数等进行分析,同时针对当前我国微生物预处理技术存在的问题进行了探讨,对微生物预氧化技术的发展和研究提出了合理化建议。The Carlin-type gold ore is a typical ore with refractory treatment,which is widely distributed and has huge reserves of resources.The bacterial pre-oxidation technology has potential advantages over other traditional pretreatment methods in the treatment of this kind of ore.This paper reviews the characteristics of Carlin-type gold ore resources,the development course of microbial pre-oxidation technology,and the basic principle and craft of the pre-oxidation process;meanwhile,the ore properties,pretreatment equipment,bacteria properties and parameters in production process that can affect the pretreatment process and effect were analyzed in detail.At the same time,not only the existing problems of microbial pretreatment technology in our country are discussed,but also some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the development and research of microbial pretreatment technology in the future.
