摘 要:等离子燃烧技术已在燃煤电厂广泛应用,可实现无油点火,但锅炉冷态点火初期,普遍存在火焰检验波动频繁,导致火焰检验保护无法正常投入的问题,产生此问题的原因是现有火焰检验装置与等离子燃烧器的内燃式点火形式不匹配。针对存在的问题,提出了增设火检探头、逻辑优化及稳燃等措施,既保障了锅炉的正常启动,又满足了燃烧过程安全可控的要求,实现了火焰保护的全程投入。At present,plasma combustion technology has been widely used in coal-fired power plants,which can realize oil-free ignition.However,in the early stage of the cold ignition of the boiler,there is a general problem of frequent fluctuations in the flame inspection,which leads to the problem that the fire inspection protection cannot be put into normal operation.The cause of this problem is that the existing fire inspection device does not match the internal combustion type ignition of the plasma burner.In order to solve this problem,the measures such as addition of fire inspection probes,logic optimization and combustion stabilization are proposed,which can not only guarantee the normal start of the boiler,but also meets the requirements of safe and controllable combustion process,and help to realize the whole process of flame protection.
