摘 要:蓄热式燃烧器在企业中应用广泛,是主要的煤气消耗设备,燃烧器设计的好坏决定煤气的消耗的高低。同时,蓄热式燃烧器的控制由于换向时对流量的扰动,加之传统的控制方法为煤气回路和空气回路同时采用PID等控制方式同时调节,造成两个控制回路相互干扰,系统投运复杂,无法实现长时间自动控制,使燃烧控制基本依靠操作人员经验手工操作,蓄热式燃烧器煤气消耗大,燃烧不充分有害物排放增加,研发一种适合国情、易于实施的蓄热式燃烧器控制装置和控制方法意义重大,此方法适合于烤包器、加热炉等设备控制。Regenerative burners are widely used in enterprises.They are the main gas consumption equipment.The design level of burners determines the consumption of gas.The reason why the control of regenerative burner can not achieve long-term automatic control is that the disturbance of flow during commutation,the traditional control method is that the gas loop and the air loop are adjusted simultaneously by means of PID control,which results in the mutual interference between the two control loops.Based on the above reasons,the combustion control basically relies on the experience of operators to operate manually.The regenerative burner consumes more gas,and the emission of harmful substances increases due to insufficient combustion.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a regenerative burner control device and control method which is suitable for the national conditions and easy to implement.This method is suitable for the control of baker,heating furnace and other equipment.
