摘　　要：针对铝矾土均化料生产线集中监控问题,设计了一套基于计算机组态软件iFix和工业以太网的集中监控系统;分析了铝矾土均化料生产工艺流程,讨论了生产线的电气设计和计算机网络结构。利用iFix组态软件进行开发,设计了多人机交互监控界面,实时数据库、历史数据库、趋势曲线等实现方式。本系统已在工厂的均化铝矾土生产线稳定运行四年,运行稳定、实用性强,满足用户对生产线集中管理、监视及自动控制的需求。Aiming at the problem of centralized monitoring of bauxite homogenization production line,a centralized monitoring system based on computer configuration software iFix and industrial Ethernet is designed.The production process of bauxite homogenized material is analyzed.The electrical design and computer network structure of the production line is discussed.Using iFix configuration software for development,the multi-human machine interaction monitoring interface,real-time database,historical database,trend curve and other implementation methods are designed.The DDE data exchange methods of DCS and laboratory are also discussed.The system is used stably for four years in the homogenized bauxite production line of the factory.It is stable in operation and practical,and meets the needs of users for centralized management,monitoring and automatic control of the production line.
