摘  要:本文针对秸秆回收储运困难、滞留农田的问题,提出设计一种秸秆粉碎成型一体机,实现利用玉米秸秆的就地加工成型密度较高的颗粒燃料,方便储运。本文分析比较各种成型工艺的特点,设计了一种基于燃油动力的玉米秸秆粉碎成型一体机,并对刀片切削力以及原料成型受力进行了计算分析。通过对不同孔径过滤板进行粉碎实验,确定本项目所设计装置理想粉碎粒度为5mm;通过对成型的颗粒燃料进行尺寸测量以及跌落测试,结果证明均满足对储存与运输的要求。To solve the problems of straw recovery,storage and transportation difficulties and farmland retention,this paper proposes to design a straw crushing and molding integrated machine,which can realize the in-situ processing of corn straw to form high-density granular fuel,which is convenient for storage and transportation.This paper analyzes and compares the characteristics of various molding processes,designs a corn stalk grinding and molding machine based on fuel power,and calculates and analyzes the cutting force of blade and the force of raw material forming.Through comminution experiments of different aperture filter plates,it is determined that the ideal crushing particle size of the device designed in this project is 5mm.The results of size measurement and drop test show that they meet the requirements of storage and transportation.
