摘　　要：目的比较自体脂肪移植隆乳与假体隆乳的临床效果。方法将2017年1月-2019年6月于福建医科大学附属协和医院接受隆乳手术、符合入组标准的80例患者作为研究对象,其中接受假体隆乳手术的40例患者作为对照组,接受自体脂肪移植的40例患者作为研究组。设定术后1月、3月、6月、12月作为观察随访时间。比较两组乳头水平最大吸气相胸围增加量、乳房美观程度、患者满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组乳头水平最大吸气相胸围增加量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组就医者乳房美观程度均明显好于治疗前,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后满意度(38/40)高于对照组(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率(4/40)低于对照组(11/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪移植隆乳临床应用效果显著,并发症发生率低,患者满意度高,建议在临床中应用推广。Objective The core of the study was to compare the clinical effect of breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation and prosthesis.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent breast augmentation in the Fujian Medical University Union Hospital between January 2017 and June 2019 were enrolled in the study.In the control group,40 patients underwent prosthesis breast augmentation,while in the experiment group,40 patients received autologous fat transplantation.1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months postoperative were set as the observation and follow-up time.The increase of breast circumference in maximum inspiratory phase at nipple level,the degree of breast enhancement,satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The increase of breast circumference in maximum inspiratory phase in the study group was smaller than that in the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05).The breast appearance in the study group was better than the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation has considerable clinical application effect,low complication rate and high patient satisfaction.Therefore,it is suggested to promote its application in clinical practice.
