摘　　要：目的研究自体脂肪颗粒注射和透明质酸注射两种方法填充鼻唇沟凹陷的效果。方法选取我院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的78例需行鼻唇沟填充术的患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(39例)和对照组(39例),试验组行自体脂肪颗粒注射术,对照组患者行透明质酸注射术。比较两组患者术后临床效果,术后3个月、6个月、12个月鼻唇沟皱纹严重程度和不良反应情况。结果试验组临床总有效率为为94.49%高于对照组79.49%(P<0,05),试验组患者术后3、6、12个月鼻唇沟皱纹严重程度评分表(WSRS)低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体脂肪颗粒注射填充鼻唇沟凹陷临床效果显著优于透明质酸,能有效改善患者鼻唇沟皱纹且安全性高。Objective To study the effects of autologous fat particle injection and hyaluronic acid injection in filling the nasolabial fold depression.Methods A total of 78 patients requiring nasolabial fold filling surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a test group(39 cases)and a control group(39 cases)using a random number table method.Example),the test group received autologous fat particle injection,and the control group received hyaluronic acid injection.The postoperative clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared,the severity of nasolabial fold wrinkles and adverse reactions were 3 months,6 months,and 12 months after operation.Results The total clinical effective rate of the test group was94.49%higher than that of the control group 79.49%(P<0.05),and the nasolabial fold wrinkle severity scale(WSRS)of the test group was lower than the control group at 3,6,and 12 months after surgery(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of autologous fat particles in filling the nasolabial fold depression is significantly better than that of hyaluronic acid,which can effectively improve the nasolabial fold wrinkles and has high safety.
