摘 要:为了各省能有效地管理和运维水资源监控系统,对国家水资源监控能力建设项目运维管理工作面临的站点数量庞大、种类繁多、硬件设备和业务系统复杂等基本情况和主要问题进行分析。在此基础上对运维管理系统和运维服务方式的发展趋势和要求进行探讨,并提出加强水资源监控管理信息平台运维系统建设、完善管理与运行维护机制、健全运维绩效评估体系、运用新技术提升运维管理效率等建议,确保其长期有效运行并发挥效益。In order to manage and operate the water resources monitoring system in every province effectively,this paper analyzes the basic situation and major problems faced by the operation and maintenance management of the national water resources monitoring capacity construction project,such as the large number of stations,various types,complex hardware equipment and business system.On this basis,it discusses the development trend and requirements of the operation of maintenance management system and the operation and maintenance service modes.Finally,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the operation and maintenance system construction of the water resources monitoring and management information platform,improve the management and operation and maintenance mechanism,improve the operation and maintenance performance evaluation system,and improve the operation and maintenance management efficiency by using new technologies,to ensure its effective operation and benefit for a long time.
