摘 要:罗丹明6G酰肼(RH)作为一种重要的中间体,广泛用于荧光探针构建.为拓展其应用范围,利用荧光光谱研究了罗丹明6G酰肼阳离子的识别与传感性能.实验结果表明,在乙醇/Tris-HCl缓冲体系(V乙醇∶VTris-HCl=1∶9)中,罗丹明6G酰肼可通过螺内酯环的开关实现“Off-On”荧光转换,选择性识别Fe3+和Cr3+,探针与Fe3+和Cr3+均可形成1∶1的络合物,经数据拟合测得其配位常数分别为7.7×103 L/mol和1.59×103 L/mol,其检测限分别为0.20μmol/L和0.89μmol/L.Rhodamine 6G hydrazine(RH),as a significant intermediate,is utilized extensively to design fluorescent sensors.In order to enlarge its application scope,the recognition and sensing properties of rhodamine 6G hydrazine for cations was explored by fluorescence spectra.The results indicated that rhodamine 6G hydrazine was able to selectively‘off-on’detection of Fe3+and Cr3+due to cation-induced spirolactam ring opening and subsequently coordination in buffer system composed by ethanol and Tris-HCl(Vethanol∶VTris-HCl=1∶9).The association constants for Fe3+and Cr3+were determined to be 7.7×103 L/mol and 1.59×103 L/mol,respectively.And the corresponding detection limits were 0.20μmol/L and 0.89μmol/L,respectively.
