摘　　要：目的:分析乳房按摩与穴位指压对于急性乳腺炎患者肿块期的影响。方法:选择2019年2月—2020年2月收治的急性乳腺炎肿块期患者66例,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组使用抗菌药物治疗和外科常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上使用乳房按摩与穴位指压,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组痊愈例数和满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性乳腺炎肿块期患者进行乳房按摩与穴位指压,可有效预防脓肿形成,提高患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of breast massage and acupressure on the mass stage of patients with acute mastitis.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,66 patients with acute mastitis mass in hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group used 33 patients with antimicrobial therapy and surgical routine care.The 33 patients in study group were given the breast massage and acupressure,which was based on the control group,then compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The number of recovered cases and the satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast massage and acupressure at the mass stage of acute mastitis can effectively prevent the formation of abscesses,improve patient satisfaction.
