摘 要:为了探寻索道桥构造因素对通行性能的影响程度,以某水电站施工索道桥为参照桥梁,设计制作了车、桥的缩尺模型,并制订了正交设计试验方案;测量了模型桥的跑车试验动力响应,并计算了试验性能指标,最后进行了极差和方差分析。结果表明:对通行性能影响最大的因素是风缆形式,影响程度次之的独立因素是风缆预拉力和桥面板单位面积质量,影响程度再次的独立因素降序排列为横梁间距、风缆截面面积、桥面板宽度、鞍座形式;各因素交互作用影响处于相对次要地位。较优的结构方案为外伸八字形状风缆配合较大的预拉力、厚重的桥面板、较密的横梁布置、大直径风缆、密布的桥面板和可动的滑轮鞍座;在索道桥的较低运营车速区间,车辆对桥梁冲击效应的影响具有随机性,未出现动挠度的共振激励速度。In order to seek the influence of tectonic factors on traffic performance of cableway bridge,a scaled model of vehicle and bridge was designed by taking the construction cableway bridge of a hydropower station as the reference.Meanwhile the experimental scheme by the orthogonal design was drawn up.Dynamic responses of model bridge were measured when the model truck passing over and the indices of experimental performances were calculated.Finally,the range analysis and variance analysis were carried out.The results show that the greatest influencing factor is the form of wind-cables.The pretension of wind-cables and unit mass of bridge decks,as the independent influencing factors,are of less importance.Other tectonic factors are inferior and listed in ascending order of importance as follows:distance between floor beams,area of wind-cables’section,width of deck slabs,form of saddles.Interactions among independent influencing factors are taken as the second place.A better structure scheme of super structures for traffic performances of a cableway bridge consists of the Chinese character“八”-shaped wind-cables extending outside with greater pretension,heavy deck slabs,denser arrangement of floor beams,large diameter wind-cables and rotatable pulley saddles.In the lower operating speed range of cableway bridge,the impact of vehicles on bridge impact effect is random,and there is no resonance excitation speed of dynamic deflection.
