摘  要:目的观察基于授权原理的授权教育对2型糖尿病患者自我效能自我管理能力及血糖控制的影响。方法150例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,干预组76例授权教育及连续性健康教育相结合的教育模式,对照组74例予传统健康教育模式,干预6个月。比较2组干预前后体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、自我效能、自我管理能力情况。结果干预6个月后,2组患者BMI、FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c均较本组干预前降低(P<0.05),且干预组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,2组自我效能评价量表DSES量表6个维度评分均较干预前升高,且干预组均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,干预组生活质量量表中生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域及总体生活质量评分均较干预前升高(P<0.05),对照组生理领域、环境领域及总体生活质量评分较干预前升高(P<0.05)。2组组间比较,干预6个月后,干预组6个领域及总体生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,干预组SDSCA量表各项管理评分均较干预前升高,且高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组干预后普通饮食管理、运动管理、血糖监测管理、药物管理及总分较干预前升高(P<0.05)。结论基于授权原理的授权教育能够提高2型糖尿病患者自我效能和自我管理能力,并控制血糖。Objective To investigate the effects of authorization education combined with continuity health education on self-efficacy and self-management behaviors as well as blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into intervention group(n=76)and control group(n=74).The patients in intervention group were given authorization education combined with continuity health education,however,the patients in control group were given traditional health education,with the intervention course of 6 months for both groups.The body mass index,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,self-efficacy,and self-management ability before and after the intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 6-month intervention,the levels of BMI,FPG,2hPG,and HbA1c in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),moreover,which in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).And the scores of the six dimensions of DSES rating scales in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,which in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 6-month intervention,the physiological,psychological,social,environmental,and overall life quality scores according to Life Quality rating scale in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the environmental scores and overall life quality scores in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the management scores of SDSCA rating scale in intervention group were significantly higher than those before intervention and those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the scores of general diet management,exercise management,blood glucose monitoring management,drug management,and total scores in control group were significantly increased after 6-month intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Authorization education based on the principle of empowerment can improve self-efficac
