舒适护理联合中医穴位按摩在TURP术后膀胱痉挛中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后膀胱痉挛患者中舒适护理联合中医穴位按摩的应用价值。方法选择泌尿外科2018年1月至2020年4月收治的TURP术后患者162例,随机分为对照组和联合组,每组81例。对照组进行常规护理,联合组进行舒适护理联合中医穴位按摩。比较2组患者术后的膀胱痉挛发生情况、疼痛程度和手术前后2组患者的国际前列腺症状评分及出院时的患者满意度。结果与TURP术后第1天相比,TURP术后第2天和第3天对照组和联合组患者膀胱痉挛发生率、发生频次、持续时间和疼痛程度均显著降低,且联合组患者TURP术后第1天、第2天和第3天膀胱痉挛发生率、发生频次、持续时间和疼痛程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者TURP术后IPSS评分更低,护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理联合中医穴位按摩在TURP术后膀胱痉挛患者中具有一定的应用价值,值得应用与推广。Objective To investigate the application effects of comfortable nursing combined with TCM acupoint massage in treatment with bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods A total of 162 patients who underwent TURP in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and combination treatment group,with 61 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in combination treatment group were treated by comfort nursing combined with TCM acupoint massage.The incidence rate of bladder spasm,pain degree,international prostate symptom score before and after operation as well as and the satisfaction degree of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results As compared with those on the first day after TURP,the incidence rate,frequency,duration and pain degree of bladder spasm in both groups were significantly decreased on the second and third day after TURP,moreover,which in combination treatment group on 1d,2d,3d after TURP were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the IPSS scores in combination treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfort nursing combined with TCM acupoint massage has a certain application value in in treatment bladder spasm after TURP,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
