摘　　要：目的调查河北省部分三级及以上医院发热门诊在疫情流行期间护理人员心理健康状况,为医院管理层提供科学的干预措施,以此提高护理人员的心理健康水平。方法使用自制一般资料调查表及症状自评量表SCL-90调查河北省三级及以上医院发热门诊护理人员心理健康水平,采用SPSS统计软件包进行数据分析。结果河北省三级及以上医院491名发热门诊护理人员症状自评量表中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性高于中国内地护理人员常模数据(P<0.05),其中因子分≥2分排名前三位的因子为焦虑、躯体化、强迫。单因素分析中性别、年龄、参加工作年限、职称、是否有过重大公共卫生事件一线工作经历、每日工作时长、每日筛查患者数组间均数对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析中不同性别、是否有重大公共卫生事件一线工作经历、每日工作时长、筛查人数是影响发热门诊护理人员心理健康水平的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论疫情流行对河北省三级及以上发热门诊护理人员心理健康水平有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the the mental health status of 491 nurses in fever clinics in third grade hospitals in Hebei province at epidemic situation pidemic period,so as to provide scientific intervention measures for hospital management departments,to improve the mental health level of nurses.Methods The self-made general data survey and symptom self-rating scale scl-90 were used to investigate the mental health levels of 491 nurses in fever clinics in third grade hospitals in Hebei province,and the data were analyzed by using SPSS statistical software package.Results The incidence rates of the symptoms of somatization,forcing symptoms,depression,anxiety,terror in the 491 nurses were significantly higher than those of conventional ones in nurses in homeland of China(P<0.05),in which,the factor scores≥2 points in the top three were anxiety,somatization and compulsion.The single-factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in gender,age,length of service,professional title,first-line work experience of major public health events,daily working hours,and the average number of patients screened daily(P<0.05).The multiple regression analysis showed that different genders,front-line working experience in major public health events,daily working duration and number of screening personnel were important factors affecting mental health levels of nursing staff in fever clinics.Conclusion The epidemic situation prevalence has a certain effect on the mental health levels of the nurses in third grade hospitals in Hebei province.
