摘　　要：初乳营养丰富,其中最重要的成分为免疫球蛋白,它不仅为新生犊牛生长提供重要的营养物质,而且能使其获得被动免疫,提高抗病能力。围产前期是奶牛养殖的关键时期,此阶段的饲养管理和营养水平对初乳质量的好坏有着重要的影响。本文将重点综述围产前期添加不同营养素对初乳质量的影响,为从源头保障初乳质量提供参考借鉴,为围产期饲料添加剂和初乳多功能的开发提供思路。Colostrum is rich in nutrients,and the most important component is immunoglobulin,which not only provides important nutrients in the feeding and management of newborn calves,but also enables them to obtain passive immunity and improve disease resistance.The perinatal period is a critical period for dairy cow breeding,and the feeding management and nutrition level in this period have an important influence on the quality of colostrum.This paper summarized the effects of adding different nutrients in the early perinatal period on the quality of colostrum,so as to provide reference for the quality assurance of colostrum from the source,and to provide ideas for the development of perinatal feed additives and colostrum multifunction.
