摘　　要：本文深度分析了国内外奶业主产区域生鲜乳按质论价的现状,并对河南省目前生鲜乳购销试点工作进行了总结,希望通过借鉴国内外奶业主产区域成功的生鲜乳第三方检测定价体系,为该项工作的开展提供参考。In this paper,the current situation of raw milk pricing based on quality in domestic and foreign dairy production regions was analyzed in depth,and the current purchase and sale of raw milk in Henan province was summarized.The author hopes to learn from the successful raw milk pricing system in domestic and foreign dairy production regions and provide reference for exploring the pricing mechanism of raw milk based on quality suitable for Henan province.
